I'm afraid we can't discuss account details here on the forums, but we've seen this message pop up for various reasons, including when the EA account that's in use has an active action. Please use this web form to contact our live support team, and they can work with you to see if everything looks good with your account or if there is a ban on it.
On that note, if your account looks fine and you're playing through Steam, some players have found that turning on Steam overlay in Steam's settings, and under Library > Apex Legends > Properties, before restarting the app has helped.
