Cannot Queue, even into Range (1 in queue)

Hey all,

My account was compromised and copped a ban. I was able to unban it through EA Help, but since unbanning I cannot queue into a game at all..... I've tried all regions and all game modes, tried hard resetting my XBOX, phone hotspot, all of it.

And I just still cannot queue, stuck into a 1 in Queue... Please help me..
