Hello Apex Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I want to report an issue I have been facing for a long time. I have been playing Apex Legends since Season 1 and have supported the game consistently. However, I have never received any Heirloom or Heirloom Shards despite opening a very large number of Apex Packs over the seasons.
I kindly request that you check my account to ensure there is no problem preventing Heirloom Shards from appearing, as this is very frustrating after such a long time of playing and investing in the game.
