Cannot receive or send gifts.

I have been an Apex player since the start.

I haven’t been able to send or receive gifts for over a year now. I also have not received any Amazon prime content.

but season 20, rewards you gifting friends/players with the flatline reactive FOR FREE.

i feel that i won’t be able to get this due to this bug. I have spent an awful lot of money in this FREE game. 

please can a dev help….

  • I have the same issue i play on apex belgium

    I also actived the security check couple of month ago 

    I also received as gift my battle pass season 18 

    But i can t send gift why ?

    I cannot find my friend to gift him and he tries to gift me, he cannot find me & message unable to gift.

    theres a message on my game saying “One or more of the privacy settings on your EA account may be limiting other players ability to send friends request or club invites”

    that message has been stuck there At least four season. I’ve changed all settings and still nothing. Its the same with prime content, no matter what i do I dont get anything 

    please help

    but i’ve done all of these steps and still cannot be given a gift…

    thats the issue.

    Also tried linking my amazon which was previously linked and now it just says “LINK” so i go through the steps and then it says its already been linked.

    going back onto linked accounts, its not been linked

    I am having this issue as well. I have turned on my login verification yet am prompted to "turn on Login Verification" in order to gift/receive every time that I attempt to gift. This is particularly troubling because I am missing out on the free gifts and ultimately will miss out on the Flatline skin. I welcome any advice.
