Cannot successfully create new EA Help cases
Hi,
My account has been stolen on 2024/06 and then banned but I just found out until now when I tried to pick up Apex Legends again a few days ago. I immediately contacted a advisor and retrieved the account using a new account that I registered, but after them I am unable to create dispute (or, to be specific, ANY SINGLE CATEGORY OF) cases. No matter how I fill in the EMAIL US form, I will end up in this screen and I never received any confirmation email (with case number to ensure new cases are created), nor finding any new cases in the My Cases section.
Can anyone help me? I have been with this account for over a decade and played Apex since pre season. It is really sad to see it ends up like this. I cannot even make contact with the TOS regarding this matter.
