Have you double-checked to make sure your privacy settings are set up to allow you to receive invites and friend requests?

Yes i have because i know crossplay for me works as i have friended pc players but this only happens when i try to friend him and hes on xbox.
I have been reading through peoples complaints with similar issues and this is what every EA worker says but i have tried everything and nothing seems to work.

I cant find some other xbox players when searching for friends but never his and the only other crossplay friend i have is a pc player so i think that it might not be all xbox players but at least some of them. Me and him have both had a look at each others EA account settings and have double checked that theymatch up to allow crossplay friending but still cannot finnd each other on friends.
