Cant add crossplay friends

Is this happening when you're trying to invite just this one specific friend, or is it anyone who plays on Xbox?

I cant find some other xbox players when searching for friends but never his and the only other crossplay friend i have is a pc player so i think that it might not be all xbox players but at least some of them. Me and him have both had a look at each others EA account settings and have double checked that theymatch up to allow crossplay friending but still cannot finnd each other on friends.

Can we try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if that helps at all? I'm curious if there might be a connection issue of some kind that's not allowing the invites to go through. When you've got a chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes.
If the same issue is still happening after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still having trouble afterward. Thanks again.
