Wired Network, Ethernet. Have had 0 issues completing purchases before however.
This is when trying to purchase the 100$ apex coin pack. A couple weeks ago I successfully made a purchase of the 20$ pack.
No error message, it literally just closes the window and returns to the game, as though I had closed it. When I copy the URL for the purchase and put it into my browser to try to complete it that way, it redirects immediately to the steam home page. When I click authorize using Steam's in game window, it simply immediately closes the window and returns me to viewing the shop. It never deducts from my Steam Wallet, and Steam doesn't even show a record of an attempted sale in my purchase history for it.
Nothing else is happening.
I can provide a screenshot or clip if you let me open a ticket, but I promise there will be nothing to gleam from a clip that I have not described already.
There is no EA app Error ID Number because it is not on the EA App, and there is no error listed.
I have tried each of those suggested steps with nothing changed in any capacity.
