Have you tried reaching out to Xbox Support to see if there are any purchase restrictions on your account? Although the purchase is made in our game and currency, the purchase still ultimately goes through the payment method you selected on your Microsoft account.
Do you happen to live in the EU?
It does not get to that point and I am able to buy other items on other games. It just says unavailable it won’t even let me go into the Microsoft store
