Can't Buy Apex Coins

Purchased the 40$ coin pack perfectly fine, ended up getting the "Crimson Universal Melee Pack" started, got all but the last 3, needed 3,000 Coins to finish, stupid to not finish at this point. Well, put the money in my steam account the same way as before, and now when I go to authorize it loads as its working but fails and the money never leaves the steam acc. Idk what to do, waited a day, restarted, task managered out of steam, restarted and still nothing. Hope I didn't waste $80 to get teased for an Heirloom.
