Can't change my account marketing settings in privacy tab

Yeah that's what i tried but when i click the box to check it it just doesnt respond. My other accounts can check and uncheck it fine but this account is just unable. I can check all other boxes in my account settings as intended it's just this one that I for some reason can't change. It's not greyed out or anything it's just not doing anything when i click it
