2 years agoTry opening the page from another web browser or incognito tab and see if that will allow you to enable those options. In case of any further issues, please get in touch with our support team so they can activate them for you.
- 2 years ago@EA_Pulsar I tried all of that I even tried it on different devices but it just doesn't let me click it. I tried to get in contact with support but the queue was stuck at 15 minutes remaining for over half an hour

@NoobbyGroovy Try to submit your case again from a different web browser or a new incognito tab and see if that works.
