Cant connect to servers

I was playing apex and it kicked me out , now i cant connect to servers but my friend can we hsve same internet conection , i tried putting my account on friends xbox and have the same problem 

Its saying " unable to connect to ea servers, please check your internet connection , make sure origin is online and try again " restarted router and everything isnt helping 

Please help 

Could it mean that i got banned ?

    How do we go about reporting it to EA/Apex or do we just hope they check out this thread? 😉

    Exact same here. (Xbox) i can log in and play fine but my girl has her own profile. Will not let her log in.

    @SSMUKSS I’ve tried to get on and it’s saying the same thing, thought I was banned at first because my mates are both playing

    Silver lining: I can connect to the Titanfall2 servers so I'm gonna play that instead :eahigh_file:

    @SSMUKSS Been down for about four hours now. I've tweeted them but no response and they have posted nothing about it. Getting seriously tired of this.

    same problem for me as well. Logged on with gfs account just fine though:/
