If you are having an issue finding a friend who is on another platform to play cross-play with, check out the following information and let us know if you continue having issues after.
First, to make sure everyone knows how to add your friends from another platform, check out our help article explaining how.
If you are unable to find a friend you may need to update your privacy settings for either your EA Account or your Platform account. If you continue having issues, there may be an age restriction or parental control interfering as well.

This did not work, and has not worked since crossplay was enabled. I have had this issue every single time I have tried to add a friend and so have each of my friends. We have tried all the steps in your response - enabling all settings in our EA accounts and on our platforms. Is this something EA is actively working on and is aware of?
