I am from India and a month or two ago I can get first match after about 15-20 mins and after that I get connected to matches rather fast but now I can't connect to a single match no matter how much time I wait. I play on pc and I like this game and I have been trying to get my friends to play this but if I can't get into the game then what is the point of playing

You could also try to flush your DNS.
Open CMD as admin and enter: ipconfig /flushdns
I tried to flush the DNS but it didn't work . Also i would like to add that whenever i try to play a game it just keeps on going in range of about 2- 8 people in queue. I have included the UO Trace files also.
The problem is resolved rather easily.
On the title screen I just changed the data center from Bahrain to singapore and it worked and I can again get matching
