You could also try to flush your DNS.
Open CMD as admin and enter: ipconfig /flushdns

I tried to flush the DNS but it didn't work . Also i would like to add that whenever i try to play a game it just keeps on going in range of about 2- 8 people in queue. I have included the UO Trace files also.

The problem is resolved rather easily.
On the title screen I just changed the data center from Bahrain to singapore and it worked and I can again get matching
