Can't hear sound or can't hear sound from different directions

Hi.

i never had a sound bug with Apex Legends, but after i updated my PC version (i have Windows 10) , came back to play some Apex and then

i realised that my team characters dialogues are so quiet when iam not looking at them (in the dropship dialogues are kinda laggy). Same was with the gunshots and Respawn ships except i didnt hear them at all.

After one match a error message popped up (i forgot what it said) i restarted the game but i had the same message. Tried repairing...didnt work i reinstalled 

the game, at least the error message was gone but i still have the problem with sound.

I hope there is a solution.       (Sorry for my bad english).

Just for follow cause i have the same issue. It worked a bit when i uninstalled my audio driver and restarted my computer however there was like distrosion in sound and now everything is *..

it kinda works when u turn spatial sound on on your sound settings but it become weird af

Windows updated night before and sound was different.

My headsets have been corrected and are on stereo.

Right now I am playing with windows Sonic for headphones on but everything sounds loud and echoy and not optimal at all.

Please help!

When I tried to play Apex today, I couldnt hear basically anything. Yesterday it seemed perfectly fine, but today is horrible. It is affecting the game so much that its now unplayable for me. 

After the Nvidia update or a windows update I'm not quite sure, I had audio issues. I reinstalled my Nvidia drivers. I can hear enemies or my teammates only when I turn towards them in Apex legends. I can't hear gunshots unless I'm looking at them. Please help. 

After windows update I can't hear footsteps very well but gunshots are too loud when I turn the volume up,help xD

What happens when the bug occurs? Directional audio seems completely bugged with this patch. Sounds like voicelines, weapon fire, footsteps are all played randomly. Some moments audio seems normal, next moment random sounds are way to quiet or completely unheard. (Like voicelines cutting out). One angle gunfire is loud. Turn 5 degrees and the sound completely disappears.
What should be happening instead? Sound should be normal (worked fine before season 3 patch)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My headset is a steelseries arctis 7 wireless. My driver 10.0.18362.1.
