Can't load into a game with friends

Hi,

I’m on PS5 and my friends are on Xbox/PC. When I join their lobby, we rarely manage to start a match together: most of the time they load into the game without me and I stay in the lobby. We have to restart the game several times for it to sometimes work.

Crossplay is enabled, I cleared the cache, rebuilt the PS5 database, restarted the console and the game, reset my Wi‑Fi router, and re‑added my friends via EA IDs, but the problem still persists.

Has anyone found a fix or can EA investigate this crossplay issue?
