Can't Load into Match

@EA_Kent Can you fix the fact that I haven’t been able to load into a match for 3 days on Nintendo Switch?

    Thanks for following up!

    I'm afraid our Switch-specific troubleshooting is a bit limited compared to other platforms. One thing that could help is forwarding the ports for the Switch on your router/modem. The Nintendo Support website has instructions on how you can do that.

    What are you seeing when you're trying to join a match? Is the game freezing up, or is it giving you any error messages? If you're getting an error, what is the full error message?

  • When I ready up and when it (sometimes) goes to connecting to match, It doesn’t go any further and stays there, no matter how long I wait. Also sometimes when I cancel matchmaking and try something else, It just show the box with the check and nothing else

    Thank you for the updates!

    It's possible the connection is timing out before it can connect you to a match. There are a few things we can try which might help with this. When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection steps from the EA Help website to see if that helps.

  • Thanks for the help, but nothing really showed how to solve it on Nintendo switch, and sadly the  bamboozler is bamboozled. 🙂
