cant make a case on ea.com

so my account got hacked and i was needing to make a case on ea.com but when trying to do so ill put in "compromised ea account" as my issue but when trying to type in what "Console" i play on i cant...

Hi folks,

I've tried to replicate this, and was able to select the platform without any issues. This might be browser-related. Could you give the following steps a try and let me know how you get on:

Clear your browser cache

Test this from a different browser

Try sending a help ticket from a different device.

zyxmww & ket-bone Weird, I went to create a case myself as well and its doing the same thing to me, (where I cannot select the game or platform type).
