Can't match in any mode

Hi everyone,

I'm unable to play Apex Legends on PC (Steam).

Here is what happens:

- The lobby loads, but matchmaking never completes in any mode (Ranked, Pubs, Firing Range). I press Play/Ready and it stays on matchmaking until I cancel.

- When I queue with a friend, I get kicked out of the party.

- All currency values in the top right show "-9999".

- The top tabs (Events, Challenges, Battle Pass, Legend Locker, Store) are greyed out and can't be clicked.

This looks like my account data is not being loaded from the servers.

What I've already tried:

- Restarted the game, Steam, router and PC

- Verified game files on Steam

- Full uninstall and reinstall (including Easy Anti-Cheat)

- Different game modes and data centers

- Flushed DNS, reset Winsock

- Closed overlays and background software

My network works fine for other games, so I don't think it's a connection problem. Other threads here describe similar cases (stuck on matchmaking in all modes except Firing Range, even after reinstalling), and those seemed to be account-side or server-side.

Screenshots are attached. I have also submitted a ticket through EA Help. Has anyone seen this, or found a fix? Thanks in advance.
