Hey I had something similar happened when went to buy battle pass it wouldn't let click pass, so then went Xbox shop bought the battle pass it worked but it didn't give me it. It took hour for me restarted then I got the pass. If your money wasn't taken, I would just wait for them to fixed. Bc nothing is working right now.
