Can't see friends that aren't playing through Steam whilst in-game

@Edgex42 ...uninstalling and reinstalling the game also did nothing

I am having the same prob, did you ever find any fix? Seriously EA pls fix this issue, my friend plays on EA and I play on Steam, i can see my friends on Steam and my friend is on EA, if i download the game on EA i see nobody on my friend list, and before anyone of the community managers say is she online, yes, and playing apex, we both tried everything. Nothing worked.

Tldr, I am on steam and my friend is on EA, we cannot see each other despite both being online.

Can any community manager here reply to this?
