Can't submit my EA Help ticket.

When i try to log in to apex it says that ' this profile is already logged in on another device'. I am trying to reach out to EA Help but cant even submit my ticket. Also not sure what to do with my account, i already changed the password and have 2FA.

the problem is just fixed on its own somehow...
