Can't unlink account

Hello,

I built my brother a PC and logged into my account to test games and now I can't unlink his PSN account from my EA account. I went to the connections section of the account and it gives me the option to link and unlink everything but PSN

If you're unable to get through these steps to unlink an account or the option just isn't available, our support team will need to help get an account unlinked.

You can create a new case here to get started with that process so they can assist further.

I can't see an unlike option this is frustrating and every time I try to search for help it just takes me to the website. How do I reach these people?
