Can't use Tac Ability while crouched!

I came back to the game after a while and as a quite unpleasure suprise I can't use my Tac ability (Q) on any character while I'm crouched (LALT). 

I didn't have this issue in the past and I have already tried to reset keybinds to default but it doesn't work.

I tried to use other keybinds to crouch and it DOES work, but I should be able to choose whatever keybind I want to play with since Its 2026, I've always used LALT to crouch on every single game (mostly fps) and I never had the same issue.

PLEASE fix this as I don't want to change they keybind as I have years of muscle memory built in..
