cloud save damaged

 After I played first game in S5, I got a synchronization problem, which I can't synchronize. Then I try to fix my game, so origin find 2 saves, one in cloud, one in local.

the cloud one is in the past like 3:28pm, local is like 3:35pm, I thought the cloud save would be the right one so I use cloud save to replace my local save.

now the problem comes, cloud saving is damaged, and now I also lost my local save.

how can I restore my cloud save earlier?  because with damaged saving I can't play apex, loadout, legends, anything I can't click it and all the points are lost
