Club tag randomly changed in apex legends.

Today when i logged on to apex legends (i haven't played in 2 days) i noticed my club tag had been changed from Babe to HRZ. I tried to change it back but the option to do so is greyed out and i cannot change it. I am the one who created the club and have ownership. I then checked my emails to see if I'd had a warning regarding my club tag to see if it had been reported and forcibly changed, i have had no such email. I then contacted EA via the chat option and was told they don't have the "tools" to look into this and to post on this forum so a member here could look into it. 

Club name: Superbabes

Original club tag: Babe

Changed club tag: HRZ

Gamer tag: Legion Corax 

I'm happy to provied the associated email for my account but not on a public forum. Can someone please help.
