Code 100 Apex PS5

Hi guys, I've been unable to play Apex for 5 days now due to the Code 100 message on the loading page. I also have a PS4 with a different PS subscription on the same WiFi which suffers same issue.

It's also interesting that even accessing pages like this one on the WiFi times out, as if my ISP is blocking bits of EA content for some reason. I had to flip my phone to 4g just to access this page.

Steps ive taken to try and resolve this:

Changed my DNS to Googles and Cloudfair.

Reset my router.

Signed in and out of PS.

Checked my time and details match from EA to PS.

Contacted my ISP twice who have made settings updates including giving me a static IP address.

Any ideas are welcome thanks

    @Popester69er Hi, unfortunately it looks like our standard steps have already been taken.

    From the description it sounds like a router issue, either related to config, or an issue with the hardware itself.

    You may have done so already when talking with your ISP, but power cycling your router (turn off and unplug for a minute, then reconnect) may help.

    Just to be 100% sure, you can try creating a new account and logging in with that to test, but I suspect the issue will still manifest.
  • Hey, so I've tried EVERY single fix people have said fixes this code 100 problem when trying to start the game but nothing works. I've tried changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, tried switching data centers, tried resetting my router, etc. And nothing has worked! This has been going on for 2 days
