我終於找到這個問題的解決方法，找到命令提示符後，右鍵管理員身份運行，接著按順序輸入下面三則編碼：
certutil -generateSSTFromWU roots。sst
certutil -addstore -f root roots。sst
del roots。sst
之後就能順利進入伺服器了！
