Code: Shoe Disconnecting Me 3 Times in 1 Hour – Unplayable & Unfair Penalties!

I've been getting Code: Shoe disconnects 3 times in just 1 hour, making Apex completely unplayable.

 Every time this happens, I get kicked out of the match, and on top of that, I receive unfair penalties as
if I left on purpose.This is not an issue on my side – my internet is fine, no packet loss, no lag spikes. This is clearly a server-side problem, yet players are being punished for something we have zero control over.

Why are we getting abandon penalties and RP loss when it's not even our fault?! This needs to be fixed ASAP because Ranked and even normal matches are literally unplayable at this point.
EA, are you aware of this issue? Is there a fix coming? Players shouldn't be penalized for server errors.
