hello i m getting code:net error since 8.1 update , my connection is fine when i m on legend screen my game freeze 2/3 times then it freeze for 1/2min and code:net error shows and game kept trying to reconnect but same code:net error msg showing i hv made a video about it hope it helps in fixing it.

@EA_Neil The same problem is arising on multiple ISP's and different regions of the country. If the isp was the problem then surely other games would also be affected by connection issues however only apex started this problem since the ring fury update . Before that we had code net and code leaf issues but it didn't happen every game . Now it's happening every game and it's unplayable

Some players reported it worked fine/better with a VPN which could mean a routing issue but we are not sure at this time.It's important to make the distinction that this problem is not related to the mega thread related to the Code:Net issue where certain players can not log in on one of their accounts at all while others work just fine.- EA_Neil

I'd like to ask you to not create a multiple of new topics/discussions about the same subject. Having had a look through the other topics you are active in your problem seems that you have problems getting into the game and are located in Pakistan, is that correct?

We believe that this problem is not related to the Code:Net issue where players can not get into their account and rather is ISP related which is why I'd like to ask you not to add your example to that mega thread as it does not seem to be the same problem.

We are having a look into it on our side as well but can only do a limited amount if this indeed has to do with the internet provider itself causing the issue in your region. You could try and see if playing on a VPN improves your performance and/or contact your internet ISP to see if they can help out in any way.

@EA_Neil thanks for reply i wont make new topics about it but we have different isp's but still have same issue it starts happening with 8.1 update , i can play some games then it will happen alot ,i can play other games fine if you look video you can see when it happens ,i will try some vpn and see how it goes.

@EA_Neil vpn gave me high ping i cant really check with vpn , i hv no idea what can i do unless someone can confirm what actually causing this looking at account why i get code:net error what reason is behind is it me or its server.

We can imagine the ping might indeed not be favorable. We believe it has something to do with the region but are not sure what as of now. I'm afraid there are currently no other workarounds that I am aware of.
