This is a million dollar company which replies to streamers who get a daily bug by saying that they will get right into the solution, and whole country is telling them that the game is unplayable for 2 weeks and they are just ghosting us.

Thats why @codeleaf00 i borught some of the community. Guys make this a trend dont stop at all keep going until the notice us otherwise we won't get the fix. Let's go

Apologies for the late reply on this. I was out of the office for a bit. I wasn't intentionally ignoring anyone here.
If this is all happening with everyone on the same internet provider, there may be a local issue of some kind that needs to be addressed. If that's the case, I'm afraid there isn't much we would be able to do to investigate this from our side. If you haven't already I would recommend checking in with your internet provider to see if they are aware of any issues. There could be something affecting one of the datacenters on the way to the servers.

@EA_Kent im sorry for my bad behaviour to u but u have to understand that this issue has been happening to 2 week, the game is not laggy , its unplayable. All over Pakistanis have asked their ISP about the server issue and they have checked out that is the issue from the game's end. U can read all the post from everyone. Do u think its an individual problem(who have checked from their end) or is it a apex server issue. Its just less then 1% of the people coming here to complain u. They have provided you the requirements that u asked from them to see if its apex's problem or their ISP problem and it clearly showed its apex server issue. Please dont ignore us and just let us know if we are even worth your time cause u all would gladly choose steamer tiny problem instead of ours
1) we're not all on the same internet provider, its happening on every ISP in the country. People have reported the same exact routing issue regardless of the ISP. There are reports from players using all of the popular ISPs throughout the country.
2) This is therefore, not a country issue. This is further implied by the exact same connection loss on the 8th hop (which has universally been after the connection has left any server on our ISPs side) and the fact that its only happening in apex legends/ea servers. I play countless online multiplayer games and this is the only one that is facing any issues regarding routing problems.
We'd all appreciate your co-operation in this as you are literally the only direct avenue we have for contacting EA about this problem and without your help we may never be able to play apex again.
PS I have attached the routing from my IP to an ea games server showing how the connection is lost on the 8th hop.hope this helps resolve our issue.- @EA_Kent We are not using the same internet service provider, The same issue is happening as we are using different internet service providers and living in different regions of the country. If the problem was with the ISP then other games would also be affected but other games like valorant, CSGO , warzone are running fine only apex gives us code:net error. seems like there is a connection issue with EA servers and it all started after the ring fury update. We had code net and code leaf issues before but it was not every game and it was rare . but now it's almost every game.

- @EA_Kent I started playing apex in season 1 on my laptop and with bad internet even though i had low fps and lag due to my internet and PC the game was at least playable, then i left the game after season 4 for a few months and at the end of season 7 i bought a brand new PC worth more than 2500 dollars and also upgraded my internet just to play apex without any problems, for 2 months i did not have problems but now i cannot play apex due to infinite code:net. i have bought almost all the battlepasses when i was active in the game and spent money on apex packs. All i want is that you make the game playable again. The issue cannot be from my PC or internet because other games work fine and i have talked to my ISP alot of times and fixed my internet before returning to apex. I am pretty sure that there is a connection issue with apex servers or a 3rd party server which connects to EA servers. however this is not in the control of ISP. It's EA's job to fix this issue. You must do something about it .
Did contact my ISP NAYATEL and this is the Emails i've received from them clearly stating that the issue is not at their end and everything is clear.
Its been weeks, My rank has dropped , event has ended. will we be even compensated for this? I and many others have spent quite alot of money and time into this game.

@EA_Kent I dont understand that in one place you are saying that the problem is on our end and on the other respawn is tweeting about our issue saying its ea servers
- @Thadeust He is using Nayatel and i am using PTCL we both are facing the same issue, and other non-ea games work fine but apex connectivity has problems. i think its clear proof that the problem is not with our ISP or PC. but the problem is on the EA side. @EA_Kent . i don't think its hard to understand. please investigate and fix this issue
- can we please get an update on this. seriously its been 4 weeks that the game is literally unplayable. soo much stuttering, rubberbanding and disconnects. @EA_Kent

Probably not going to get fixed until season 9 or until they make changes to their servers. So sit tight, this is going to be a long one.
@EA_Kent is there a way to get a refund on the season pass since we aren't able to level it up?
- @PotatoAimBruh I am not getting code net since last night for the first time after servers went offline and came back online again, i am not sure if it's temporary or if they fixed it .
- @codeleaf00 could not play last night single game bcz of code:net , come back after some hours , its not fixed yet i m sure.
- @codeleaf00 Code net isn't the only issue tho. There's soo much rubber banding on eu/na servers. Cant play ranked at all
- @Alvizzzzle Yes while i did not get code net there was still huge lag, i guess they have not fixed it .
