Code:Snake after being timed out and not being able to join ranked matches

I get this all the time now since the new season, but I'll load into a ranked match and every once and awhile I will start to connect then completely stop, sit in the loading menu for 30s-1min then c...

Had a similar issue last night.  PS4;  Launching into the game and it just cut off and went into an error screen...  Tried to get back into the game and got a popup screen with error code;snake...
