Coins not reflected

I bought some coins yesterday from the EA app and it didn't reflect yet I contacted the support via chat and they said it should reflect after 24 hours, and here we are, 24 hours later and still the same issue. Can someone tell me what to do?

Hi there,

Sorry you’re dealing with that.

If the Coins still haven’t shown up after 24 hours, please fully close the game and restart both the EA app and Apex first. Also, make sure the purchase went through on the correct account.

If it’s still missing after that, I’m afraid account- and reward-related issues can’t be handled through the community. In that case, the best next step would be to reach out to our support team through this webform.
