Compromised Account

Question

Finally downloaded my EA data after I’ve tried appealing multiple times of my account being compromised and used to cheat yet they still won’t unban. Just so exhausting having to appeal over and over for no change. Like how do I have proof and still get denied? Makes no sense. What more can I do to get unbanned? Spent around $2k on this game before I stopped playing and had 5 character specific heirlooms. EA support keeps saying that they will unban but I send an appeal and just denied over and over. Asked for an investigation into the account and can tell the didn’t because of how much data there is and how quick they are to deny.&nbsp;

While I don't have any indication of the specific situation for your account, the reason access to the account from another location isn't always a guarantee to be unbanned is simply because there are situations where that can be used in an attempt to mask the activity taking place. While an account compromise can be a strong indication, it's not the only factor considered with an appeal.
That said, I'm afraid we aren't an alternative route to have any account actions reviewed, sorry. We cannot make any changes to your account or review bans or suspensions via the forums, so you'd need to&nbsp;submit another appeal or resume a prior case to have the Terms of Service team take another look.&nbsp;
