[CONFIRMED BUG] Severe FPS Drops & CPU Bottleneck Since Season 27

For anyone watching this thread, please also share

a screenshot from GPU-Z spec from their machine - https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

What motherboard you have, as this can impact performance, even with high end GPU/CPUs

Generate a DxDiag and share that here

Can you share a video, where you are also display the per-core CPU utilization

Showcase connecting to match, hitting the ground, face any direction that exhibits low FPS and then stop moving completely for around 10 seconds - this will show if streaming world data is resulting in considerable performance loss

Thanks for the additional context and reports as we look further into the issue.

As a callout, please ensure "+r_zfill_all 0" is typed out properly, mistyping it means it won't work.

Also could you folks please;

Share your mouse polling rate and see if adjusting it higher or lower makes any difference to your performance
Try this "-no_render_on_input_thread" command without the quotes. This might not help but want to see if the FPS/performance changes much
Try this "+rhi_data_upload_ms_to_wait_before_helping 1" command too. NOTE that this might make things worse or possibly cause worse model and texture pop-in.
