Connect to EA on new Xbox X fails

Hi everyone,

I'm usually playing Apex on Switch and I got a brand new Xbox series X and I wanted to play on it, but no matter what I do, I can't login to my EA account on my Xbox :-/ It keeps saying that there is an error.

Any tips on how to connect my account? I even reseted the password (worked, I'm connected here ^^), but no luck.

Also, it asks me for my public name. Is that my email or the EA iD ?
