Hey there,

I hope your connection has been better in Kings Canyon as of recently. If you're still experiencing lag or having some disconnections try running a connection test straight to our servers with the UO Trace that can be downloaded from our help site for free. If you're playing on WiFi, try going wired to see if you have some improved results. Rebooting the modem/router can generally fix most connection issues.

You also might want to consider opening up ports for Apex Legends to improve connectivity.
