Connection timed out Code:wheel

Every time in middle of Apex match I got kicked out and message says Connection to server timed out Code:wheel. Pls help.

We're currently investigating code errors, but we should also go through some troubleshooting to see if there are any issues with your connection. What system are you playing on and do you use a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!

Thanks. I'm not seeing any issues. You have some high pings, but that's most likely due to the distance to the test server since it's the final several hops. That server is in the US. Have you also tried alternate DNS settings? If not, those instructions are here.

Does your router support QoS (Quality of Service)? If so, make sure it's enabled.

What system are you playing on and do you use a wired or wireless connection? You say you normally play on a 245 ping. If that's been happening for a long time now, most likely that's an issue with the internet in your region.

@EA_Aljo it's a wired connection and I don't think that's the issue been playing on in for 400 and something levels so yea whenever the connection is bad its gonna lag but it usually doesn't give me code wheel ,playing on the Belgium server coz apparently it's the closest 1 to wer I'm at

@Cy2k3Let alone I think some how we need a patch because it's not only me this has been happening to ,think the servers are bugged somehow ,I switched accounts with my friend nd it works on him but not me

@EA_Aljo The problem started 5 days ago, just in case. Before that I've never really encountered anything like this.

What system are you playing on? Also, are you saying you can play on your friend's account on your system and there are no connection problems?

Thanks for all the details. Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas so we'll just have to wait and see if there are improvements made on our end that help with this.

@EA_AljoNo I meant he can play on my account no code: wheel error but I can't play on his and when we switch back I can't play on my but he can still play on his .I'm using a PC

It sounds like the issue is occurring at your location then. Can you run a UO Trace and screenshot the results for me? Instructions are here.

@EA_Aljo so I turned off cloud sync and I'm 15m without disconnects on firing range.
Or this is a coincidence and you guys finally fixed it.

Turning it back on didn't seem to affect anything so far too.
