I get the code: net error all the time. It is impossible to play ☹️ the second problem is the extremely high pings on the server

Hey everyone,
This is still under investigation, but I did want to confirm something.
Have you tried switching to any other datacenters to see if that makes a difference? We've seen some cases where switching to a different server has helped with similar issues. If you're able to give that a shot please let me know how it goes.

- 4 years ago@EA_Kent same thing. I load into firing range, play around, after 2 minutes my character freezes, I get a msg that I entered the game again and then I get code:wheel no matter the DC or server. Also games that I got kicked from didn't count, so as my performance, such as kills or damage. Like I never played the match.

Hi, Kent
I tried Frankfurt 1, Amsterdam and Newyork servers. No matter which server I chose I get kicked from the match with code wheel error. I use ipv4 connection, playing from Steam. I hope this info will help devs

@EA_Kent So far I have noticed that:
- server location has no inluence on that issue (tried servers on every continent)
- connecting through VPN to different location all over the world does not help either (using NordVPN)
- some of my friends playing from different countries have no issues at all which make me think that this problem can be somehow account-related
- every match has no lag spikes, nor ping spikes - everything is fine until stuttering occurs with a game freeze, during which:
- IN/OUT in-game packets stats go like 10/120 (outgoing packets cannot reach the server, so they are buffered on the client side)
- I am also seeing the pop up on the top right side of the screen saying "7empe entered the game" which is obviously strange
- 4 years ago@EA_Kent made a "quick" example of what's happening.

It doesn't matter if you just run around, use abilities or shoot, the result is always the same, you get booted out.- 4 years ago
@EA_Kent
So I get the same issue & same error. The strange thing is when I enter the firing range I decided to check my PC under task manager and randomly my GPU throttles to 99% regardless if my settings are on low res. (The PC can to handle the game on med settings without any issue a few days ago) So the issue might be a resource allocation issue or recursive loop running uncontrollably that makes the GPU spike and then close the same (heavy speculation). This only seems to start happening when inputs get applied when in game. (Since the game loads in the Firing Range but once I start moving the issue appears)I have gone through a whole bunch of troubleshooting guides trying to narrow down the issue.
Here is what I have tried so others don't have try look at other options.
1. Went on origin and tried clicked to repair the game, no luck2. PC reset, clear DNS cache and removed the bin folder under this troubleshooting guide (see: https://digiworthy.com/2020/01/11/apex-legends-connection-to-server-timed-out/ ) , no luck
3. Reinstall, no luck
4. Tested with every character (which I had already unlocked) to see if it was a character issue, no luck
5. Tried on multiple servers (about 10 different ones), no luck
Hope that helps
- 4 years ago@WH_LawrenceXX wait thats all we can do. our "feedback" is to cause awareness. the rest is up to respawn, its server side so we can't do anything
