4 years agoHey everyone,
This is still under investigation, but I did want to confirm something.
Have you tried switching to any other datacenters to see if that makes a difference? We've seen some cases where switching to a different server has helped with similar issues. If you're able to give that a shot please let me know how it goes.

Hi, Kent
I tried Frankfurt 1, Amsterdam and Newyork servers. No matter which server I chose I get kicked from the match with code wheel error. I use ipv4 connection, playing from Steam. I hope this info will help devs

@EA_Kent So far I have noticed that:
- server location has no inluence on that issue (tried servers on every continent)
- connecting through VPN to different location all over the world does not help either (using NordVPN)
- some of my friends playing from different countries have no issues at all which make me think that this problem can be somehow account-related
- every match has no lag spikes, nor ping spikes - everything is fine until stuttering occurs with a game freeze, during which:
- IN/OUT in-game packets stats go like 10/120 (outgoing packets cannot reach the server, so they are buffered on the client side)
- I am also seeing the pop up on the top right side of the screen saying "7empe entered the game" which is obviously strange

Switching to another account does not solve the problem. Checked
