Hey everyone,

This is still under investigation, but I did want to confirm something.

Have you tried switching to any other datacenters to see if that makes a difference? We've seen some cases where switching to a different server has helped with similar issues. If you're able to give that a shot please let me know how it goes.

@EA_Kent the troubleshooting fixes do not work at all everyone knows it’s the server side that’s causing the problem, stop trying to tell us to use these troubleshooting fixes to maybe fix our game non work just fix your game it’s that simple my guy
