"connection to server timed out (code:wheel)"

Hello I'm having problems with disconnects in the middle of the game

Can anybody help?

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @Bakki87. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

Let me know how you get on and if you want to share your UO Trace then I'm happy to take a look at how your data is being routed.

@7empePL This is my 5th or 4th day of getting nonstop getting kicked now this bug in your game has bin here for how long and still no fix
2 years 2 YEARS THIS * HAS BIN HERE WHERES IS OUR HELP BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE PAY SOOO MUCH ON YOUR FREE TO PLAY GAME AND SOME SPEND THE HOLE ENTIRE DAY PLAYING IT BUT * US RIGHT WE GET NO HELP NOONE IS TALKING TO US SAY WHERE ON BUT NOOOOO YOUR NOT OR THIS * BUG YOUR SERVERS WOULD BE FIX
2years of a single bug that weee cannot fix or even try to fix ourselves since you don’t want to help
I have to delete apex and reinstall it do you know how many days it took me to download it to begin with 2 and a half days of me sitting there Waiting to play the game and now I’m doing it alllll over again because what what’s the reason your keeping the bug here

@alooftrixyfox1 I havent got any update.. the game still send me code wheel and leaf messages... so yeah.. idk anymore.

@ItzN0tUSame they said they put a patch or something like that but literally nothing has happened idk all I see is them just laying on there * while people are trying to play but they are just like * off im sleeping come back when a new session comes out so I can fix it but there going todo is give this problem to someone else

I just wanted to add that this issue still exists in June 2023.

I have been playing since December 2021 and never had this issue until about a month ago. I have a fast and stable connection that also hasn't changed in that time. It seems to happen more frequently when I am in a group with someone which makes it impossible to play with friends since I just get kicked at random times as the 'connection to the server times out'.

It's quite disappointing to see that this has been happening to other people since release and that it's still ongoing.

Can we just at least stop getting abandon penalties when we are last 4 squads about to win and you guys bounce us? I don't think that is too much to ask.

I've switched to playing via GeForceNOW cloud gaming and this particular bug doesn't seem to happen for me since I started using that.
