Constant blur and slow textures loading

Hello, since the update, i'm getting a constant blur and textures are loading slowly. Sometimes I got something like " blur flashes " in the firing range, but it's not happening in games.

I have no idea of what can cause that, but I tried some things which didnt worked :

- My disk ran out of space during the original update, windows activated automatically the storage assistant, which I disabled and I just deleted the whole game and config files on the disk, then I reinstalled it properly
- I tried an older GPU driver
- I tried some other games and benchmark, and I'm not having this problem

I saw some people talking about the lod in the config file, but mine is at 1 which seems to be good

So I guess the problem is from the game, do you ever experienced something like that ? Do you have any idea to solve this ?
