Constant Crashes, Con. Errors, and Unjust Penalties - ea Deserves to Lose playe
Dear EA,
I honestly don’t know whether to laugh or cry at this point. It’s absolutely ridiculous and beyond frustrating that the game crashes 3-4-5 times a day with a connection lost error. And as if that wasn’t enough, after restarting, I get hit with "snake" and "over" error codes, and I’m not even put back into the match.
To make matters worse, I’m constantly monitoring my network with a Unifi UDM-SE, and I can assure you that my connection NEVER drops. The issue is clearly on your end, yet I’m the one who has to deal with the consequences.
And here’s the kicker: if I don’t wait for the match to end and try to return to the lobby, I get hit with a 10-minute cooldown penalty. So not only am I being forced out of games by your unstable servers, but I’m also being punished for trying to rejoin.
It’s now completely understandable why the APEX community is losing such a significant number of players. And honestly, you deserve it if the game withers away when you’re delivering such pathetically poor-quality service.
This needs to be fixed immediately.
