Maybe reverting to default setting for the card and the game? That's all I'm using with no issues. Apologies if this is not more helpful.

Yep. Tried both. I think at this point I have literally tried every combination of in-game settings and nothing has made it go away.
And I've tried a ton of different Nvidia Control Panel settings as well - including resetting them to the default profile. I just can't find the culprit lol.
I appreciate the response though.
I also mostly play at max anti-aliasing. I have tried Enhanced, Overwrite, and Application Controlled. I also play at max resolution for my monitor (1440).
The video clip just happened to be when I was trying a bunch of low end option settings.
