Contacting rEAl human support?

I am in desperate need of assistance. I have contacted EA Support with regards to updating the email address associated with my EA Account but out of 5 "agents" that I have talked to and had chat with, no one was ever able to help.


They asked for the same questions over and over and refused to clarify some questions I had with "their" verification questions.


With the upcoming Breakout event where gifting is part of the requirements to receive the rewards, how am I gonna complete it if I have no way to verify that I still have access to the email address?


I just need to speak with a real human being not an AI or chatbot. I am very much willing to provide any transaction details, and other means/ways to prove account ownership.

    Account security is important to us.

    When helping with certain issues, like account changes, it’s important that we can verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently.

    @EA_Barry I understand that, completely. What I'm saying is that, there are other ways to verify account ownership, I am willing to provide any personal identification, transactions made over the last 5 years of playing Apex, list of skins I have, screenshot I've taken and other stuff like that.

    They asked me the IP address where I play on and I provided that, but what if our IP address changed over the years?
