Continuing Apex Error Message
Error: Lost connection to XBOX Live and EA Servers…
Here is the context: I play apex almost every day on an xbox. Occasionally in the past few months I will be online and playing when all of a sudden I can’t ready up. After trying to leave my team and start a new lobby I can’t even select other game modes-need to complete orientation matches. Following this, I quit the game and reload to come back to the apex home screen to see the error above.
I would like to know 1) why this happens so randomly, even when prior game was fine, 2) how to prevent it, and 3) how to fix it.
For 3, I would like to provide further context that I have read other forums about this and never see real answers in the long run, whether it be the forum dies or the problem slowly resolves itself after a certain amount of time (which I can say it has before - a day maybe). I have: reset my xbox, unplugged my xbox, reset my MAC, cycled my internet, cleared caches, changed apex servers, changed wifi, unplugged other usbs, everything that I have seen as the “solution”. The one thing that has worked without fail is uninstalling and reinstalling (which for me can take upwards of 6-10 hours). I do not believe uninstalling is a good solution and that is why I want to know answers to 1 and 2 above.
This is extremely frustrating for someone who has supported the game for a long time. My gamertag on xbox is ClassicYetii, I play on Iowa servers (from CO), I play ranked often with a friend on PC, i do not play on a wired connection (but have before when this has happened). I dont know what information you need from me but I will be sure to answer ASAP so I can get proper help. And so can other players in the community.
