Corrupted and freezing

hi I'm having problems with my apex game it keeps coming up with corrupted data delete the game and then it freezes , I have tried multiple things even took my ps4 in for service and a clean came back with no repairs needed I don't know what else to do even tried making a new account

Have you tried restoring the licenses? The instructions for that are here. Also, try rebuilding your database with these steps. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
